Approval for extraordinary whole-floor seniors living residences.
On behalf of Central Element obtained approval for a modified proposal for four unique whole-floor residences which exceeded the FSR Standard.
Each residence has a private lift, a magnificent chef’s kitchen, and outdoor spaces with stunning views of Balmoral beach. The project was a finalised for the Mid-size development category. Urban Developer 2022 Awards.
