Major urban renewal site containing residential apartments, multi dwelling housing, public park and nature reserves.
On behalf of EINV Group Paro Consulting prepared a Planning Proposal which included preparation of a DCP and VPA.
The project includes several building ranging in size from 3 to 8 storeys, the development includes some 185 dwellings including 15% affordable housing a new public park, site through links and nature reserves.
The site is located between Castle Hill and Cherrybrook Station.
