Brief:
Planning Proposal approval for major mixed retail and residential development.
On behalf of Central Element, Paro prepared a Planning Proposal which included preparation of a VPA for increased height and floor area and delivery of public domain improvements.
The planning proposal approval was obtained via the rezoning review process. Subsequently, a number of development applications have been approved on the site, comprising a six-storey mixed use building.
When complete, the project will deliver a mixed use community that responds to its vibrant surroundings and enhances the neighbourhood through the provision of improved retail offerings and well considered residential apartments.
